Taylor Applewaite

This is the 3rd house we have sold in Rockhampton but our first time selling through LJ Hooker. Taylor was honest about being new to the field and that we were one of her first houses to sell but I think that helped a lot as she was eager to sell our property for us. Taylor put in so much effort, time and consideration throughout the whole process. Selling and buying houses is an extremely stressful process and for some reason for us it never goes smoothly. We had an offer at our first open house and accepted it. Unfortunately there were some hiccups along the way and the buyer pulled out. This was devastating for us but Taylor was on our side and ready to try again. I honestly felt like just giving it all up & just staying in our house forever but Taylor's upbeat attitude really helped me pull myself together and try again. Lucky we did, as we had an even better offer at our next open house and things went so smoothly from there. I really hope when it is time to sell again in the future Taylor will still be working in real estate to help us all over again!!!

Taylor was great during the buying process. She was able to meet me during the weekend to sign papers and was willing to explain terms of the contract to me. Unfortunately, when I received my keys I found the property was really messy. When I bought my concern up with Taylor she told me I should have booked a pre inspection before settlement. It marred my first home owner experience. It felt like as soon as the settlement was complete, my concerns didn't matter. I highly recommend booking a pre inspection (something I wasn't contacted about or recommended before settlement) because the real estate will not care if the state is in an unhygienic and disgusting state.

Taylor response time was amazing very fast. Well done in the great sale what a fantastic result. Very happy buyer Will definitely be doing business with Taylor again
