Taylor is young but experienced and very energetic agent. He was available at any time of the day and quick to respond. His communication skills are excellent. House was sold before being put on the market, what more needs to be said. I can highly recommend Taylor as a real estate agent.
I would give Taylor Bredin more than 5 stars if I could. When we sold our property it was during the most critical time of the year due to Covid. But I am so glad to say that we're in the right hands. From taking safety measures to finding the best deal for this property, Taylor did everything we could possibly think of. I would recommend him to all my friends and family and which I have already. He offers great professionalism, has never missed our phone calls (ever after hours), and most importantly is a great human being. I wish him all the best for all his future endeavours.
I'd like to thank Taylor and Nathan for selling my property. I had my home for sale with another agent and for three months I had to clean up every week but when Taylor took my property on, I just cleaned it once and he sold the house in just over a week.
