We Got the Result – Taylor and the Manor Team Delivered in a Tightening Market

We started the process in early 2026, when Taylor and Paca visited us at a time that suited us. From the outset, they were honest about the strengths of the property, the areas we should invest in before going to market, and where we shouldn’t waste money. Taylor’s local knowledge was a real strength. Having lived in the area for most of his life, he understood the local market well. He could also draw on his dad’s experience selling his own father’s home, along with similar properties in the local area, which gave us additional confidence in their advice. Our timeline ended up being longer than originally planned while we lined up contractors and completed work on the house. Throughout that period, Taylor and the Manor Team stayed connected, kept us informed and were upfront about how the market was changing. Once we went to market, the team ran a successful series of open homes, communicated consistently and gave us honest feedback throughout the campaign.
