Not honest and dodgy

Communication wasnt great due to circumstances at the time, which I acknowledge. However, if you want to chase your money and get the run around of excuses/lies then this is what we got. Agree, due dilligence is needed, but when acting out in good faith you get taken advantaged of and being told by a co-worker assigned 'were just trying to keep the buyer happy otherwise the buyer wont 'xyz' and putting our satisfaction and happiness of the process to the side. The whole ordeal wasn't your general sell due to buyer situation orchestrated by agent, so therefore this sell was basically to pay the agent to sell at the buyers advantage not yours! Also, get ready to keep decreasing your asking price to suit buyer wants and bringing forth issues that are irrelevant to your property to try and bring asking price down, even tho the agent was already notified about the history of the property beforehand. Benefit of the doubt is agent is probably a good one but just not in this situation and definately felt the 'just after their cut'.
