Taylor and his team recently sold our unit and we were very happy with the overall service and outcome. Their communication was excellent. The structured process made everything simple, transparent and organised throughout the sale process. What I particularly appreciated about Taylor was his practical advice at the start (before we signed in agency agreement) on things that we could do as sellers to improve the result. His recommendations were focused on achieving the right balance of price terms, turnaround time based on our goals, and we're all relatively easy to implement. Having seen the results of comparable properties in a challenging market, we genuinely see the difference of his recommendations and we're very happy with the outcome.
