Taylor delivered what he promised, he sold a difficult property in a month, after the property had been on market with another agency for over a year. He explained everything and justified where marketing should be spent. Overall the agent and his agency are very professional and efficient with good communication. Would easily use again.
After dealing with some lacklustre agents throughout Cairns, we were absolutely stoked to be introduced to the very vibrant and ambitious agent, Taylor. If we were to compare him to a boyfriend/girlfriend, he's definitely one you'd want to introduce to your parents. Or in real estate lingo- spend hundreds and thousands of dollars with and totally be fine with the crippling debt that remains afterwards. Terrible analogies aside, Taylor's professionalism and go-getter personality will see him reach great heights in this business... or at least a house with a steep driveway. Absolute gun of an agent!
