We bought of Taylor in April 2025, he was excellent throughout the process. He was transparent, kind and his communication between ourselves and the seller was excellent, even after settlement when we had a few questions. We would highly recommend as buyers or sellers, and as first time buyers, we were thrilled that Taylor (by chance) was the agent. Having been in the market a while and interacted with a few agents, Taylor was a welcome down to earth, honest and clear. No questions were too much and he was able to guide us.

I had a home which had to be sold quickly. I also had tenants, so I wanted this process to have as little impact on my tenants as possible. Taylor was very accommodating in organizing dates around the tenants needs and understood that I only wished to have a single open home to not drag this out. We received an offer which I accepted and Taylor kept both myself and the tenants up to date. He dealt with any issues that would arise during the contract phase. This man is very professional and most importantly, I found him very ethical and never got the 'snake oil salesman' vibe. Taylor was patient dealing with a Tennant in our property when embarking on the process of selling our property. Taylor listened to our concerns and took on board our comments. Once we had our Tennant move on things were alot smoother. Our first open inspection brought a huge number of people to viewing, and 5 offers.
