Taylor set a certain expectation, not only around sale price but what the service would look like, what Open For Inspection's would include (eg. music, candles, 3 agents at each open inspection). The expectations that he set weren't met. Aside from when he was sick, which we know was totally out of his control, our experience was fantastic; until we signed the contract. Everything beyond that point was not the level Taylor described when convincing us to choose him over a competitor agent/agency. Our property sold for $72k less than the price Taylor was highly confident we would hit as a minimum.
