I met Taylor back around 2017 when he sold another of the units in my complex. He kept in touch with me since then (in a low key, not-at-all pushy way) and when it was time to sell my unit, I knew I would use him. He did not disappoint. Even though it was a relatively small sale price compared to other properties in the area, I never felt like it wasn't important. He communicated clearly and regularly, giving me updates and responding quickly to my questions. Taylor managed all the bits and pieces that needed to be done to get ready for the sale, like painting and staging. It made the process as stress-free for me as is possible in an inherently stressful situation. He then got me a price I was happy with, despite the softening market. Finally, I always felt like he was very straight forward and honest. When I expressed my discomfort with underquoting, he worked with me to find a sale point that was honest, but wouldn't disadvantage me with potential buyers who would expect under quoting.
