We were looking for a bit of land with water views and had been shown around by another agent and had not found anything that ticked the boxes. On the last day of looking we called in and spoke to Ted who gave us a list of land for sale and in it was the plot for us. We told Ted we wanted it and he was immediately on the phone with the vendor and a deal was bartered and the plot bought. Contracts signed that day and 21 days later we completed without a hitch. Can’t recommend Ted enough, his local knowledge and expert experience in getting the deal across the line was brilliant. Thanks Ted, couldn’t have done it without you 👍
