He was able to guide us in how to spend my monies to get the best chance of attracting buyers and selling the property. I was also impressed by his willingness to do extra on our behalf since we do not live in Mandurah and Ted would often meet with contractors or assist with basic house management matters in our absence. Certainly the level of support that I received was more than I expected and if I were to sell any home in the future Ted would certainly be involved.
