Lacks professionalism leaving seller unimpressed
Lack of communication, no urgency, no attention to detail and uninspiring. Only when I advised Ted I was changing agents after a lacklustre 4 months and no offers, he then decided to fire up and get things happening. Ted also communicated to much information to our tenants, offering them incentives on our behalf with no agreement from us, making for an awkward settlement. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

I am very sorry that you feel this way. Oddly enough 4 offers during a covid 19 shut down was insufficient to assist you with a sale, but ultimately the result came from a buyer introduced before you decided to change agents. It was a pleasure to assist you through a difficult time and I hope you are now able to move on with your life, all the very best.
