My overall experience with Ted is average( if not disappointing). He would set very high expectations in the initial chat (to get the job) but deliver way below . Overall I felt Ted has not been transparent number of times from start to end .

His knowledge of the market was excellent and his assessment of likely price very accurate. I did not particularly want to go to auction and he handled competing bidders with great care.
