My overall experience with Ted is average( if not disappointing). He would set very high expectations in the initial chat (to get the job) but deliver way below . Overall I felt Ted has not been transparent number of times from start to end .
I had zero problems with Ted. Indeed quite the contrary. He was in touch whenever required. Obtained tradesmen to undertake work as required. His knowledge of the market was excellent and his assessment of likely price very accurate. I did not particularly want to go to auction and he handled competing bidders with great care. Also very good team behind him. An all round excellent performance. I would recommend Ted and the lawyer he introduced me to without hesitation.
