Belle Property (Ted Harry & Mark) were spot on with their assessment of the property's value. Ted was my main contact and I cannot speak highly enough of Ted, He made the whole emotional process of selling my home so easy for me by doing all the hard work - I never had to go anywhere to sign anything - he always brought it to my home - he always kept me informed on every development.. He gave me heaps of notice when wanting to show someone through. Working at all times at my convenience. I found Ted to be honest, reliable, punctual and knowledgeable and very fair. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Ted and look forward to him finding me my new home.

Ted was absolutely outstanding and stellar agent. His levels of communication and commitment to getting our property sold were truly excellent. He definitely lives up to his reputation and we couldn’t be happier with our results and Ted’s strategy.

Ted was honest, fair and got the job done very efficiently. I would definitely purchase again from Ted in the future.

Ted did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the sales process. He communicated clearly and made sure I understood the market and what my option were at every point.

Everything was great except when the price was increased at the last minute.

Ted did a fantastic job selling my property. He achieved a great sale price in a cooling market. Great communicator who gives straight forward advice. Really recommend Ted.

Ted and Harrison were very professional and well organised, and they followed through on any discussions.

Ted at Belle was a pleasure to work with. Honest always available and super helpful for us as first home buyers. I'd happily recommend Ted to friends and family. Thanks again Ted.

Ted gained my trust immediately and made selling as stress free as possible. He was in contact pretty much daily and explained his method clearly. I would recommend Ted to anyone looking to sell.

Ted is very personable and has a deep knowledge of the inner city property market. He is responsive and very trustworthy. I am happy to recommend Ted Pye and Belle Property Surry Hills anytime!

Ted was easy to communicate with, took time to explain what was happening step by step and sold my place without me having to do anything. I trusted him completely and would recommend Ted to anyone who wants all the stress of selling taken out of their hands.

I have followed Belle property Surry Hills for a long time as they stand out from their opposition in the area. I met Ted at a few opens and entrusted him to sell my property as he carries himself really well. He is very professional, communicates really well, follows up consistently and will handle any objection directed his way. I will be recommending Ted to anyone I know to sell their property!
