Teds knowledge in the Box hill area made selling a no nonsence exoeriance .

Ted made selling our property a pleasure rather than a hassle . Communication was always given and we were kept updated on all offers and inspections . Teds knowlege of the current trends in the area was helpfull in knowing a achievable price and he went out of his way to make us feel at ease .
