Teegan worked very hard for the sale of my property. The final selling price was essentially well within the range of the initial assessment. I am also very pleased that additional costs such as extra advertising was not needed to achieve the sale. This potentially saved me a couple of thousand dollars. Sale time was roughly 6 weeks. Plus the usual settlement times. Communication was excellent and i was kept up to date with all relevant details/feedback promptly. First home buyers can vouch that this is a scary unknown process that know one can prepare you for nor do they teach us how to deal with situations you get thrown into during the process at school.
