It has been a long and tough journey to find my first house, I can't even remember how many times my offers have been rejected. I have already contacted a few interstate property agencies as there was no way I couldn't actually afford a house in Tasmania, ironically. I am really glad I met Teena at the end. I couldn't go to the open house as I had to work, I was thinking what was the point to skip a shift to attend an open home which I won't even get. Teena really encouraged me to at least see a house in person once before submitting an offer. Yes, I was that desperate, live locally and sent an offer without seeing a house.
