we were promised to receive a welcome gift after purchasing the house from her team member. First time, we were told by the her team member that they forgotten to bring. After the final handover they said that is out of stock. We are unhappy that through the process there was this dishonesty on the gift and from the vendor on gentlemen’s agreement.

She’s not one of those “bang bang bang, just sell it” types. She truly cares - not just about closing the deal, but about all the little (and big) things that come with buying and selling a home. From working out a settlement time that suited us, to negotiating a great price, and even arranging with the vendor to let us store furniture in the garage before settlement - she had our backs the whole way.
