I don’t usually believe all those glowing five star reviews - let’s be honest, a lot of agents ask for them. But this one is truly based on my own experience. Yes, Teena is the real deal. If you're looking for a real estate agent who's genuine, fast, hardworking, and has the negotiation skills of a seasoned diplomat, Teena is your person! She’s not one of those “bang bang bang, just sell it” types. She truly cares - not just about closing the deal, but about all the little (and big) things that come with buying and selling a home. From working out a settlement time that suited us, to negotiating a great price, and even arranging with the vendor to let us store furniture in the garage before settlement - she had our backs the whole way. I honestly felt like I was working with someone who cared about all my concerns, not just the sale. She’s a gem, and clearly enjoys what she does. Highly, highly recommend! For your reference, I simultaneously bought and sold property with her, so getting the timing right for both was no easy task - but she made it work seamlessly.
