My conversations and contact was primarily with Tegan Craig who I have previously purchased with. Tegan maintains a professional image at all times and is in a different category to many of PRD’s competitors in the Port Stephens area. Her communications were constant and concise. The sales process from the outset was seamless. The photographer used showcased the property and assisted selling it’s attributes. I would recommend PRD.
I have been communicating with Tegan for the past 3 months regularly, via email, sms, calls and face to face. Tegan provided exceptional, professional service in her dealings with me. I would sms Tegan almost every other day, even late at night asking for price guides for places because the majority of PRD listings are Auctions which makes it very hard to gauge prices hence wasting a lot of the agents time asking questions. Tegan responded to every single sms and email that I sent her and which easily be at 100 or so. Tegan worked hard, finding suitable times for us to do inspections, dealing with difficult tenants and vendors when trying to do inspections and negotiations as throughout this process we've made offers on other places which had difficult tenants and vendors hence the sales not going through previously. I did find it disappointing that on the sale sign out the front of the house didn't have Tegan's name/photo and this feedback now is only for Rebeeca (who i've never met or communicated with) hence wanting my feedback to go to Tegan. She does an outstanding job, works very hard, has amazing patience and tolerance. I appreciate all her efforts and her finding us this wonderful place.
