When you put your house on the market you are trusting your biggest asset to a complete stranger. I was looking for an agent who I would feel comfortable being in my home and representing my best interests. Tegan did not try to overwhelm me with sales statistics or her reputation (mind you her reputation was why I approached her in the first place). Mostly positive, quite good with communication if had offers, very down to earth, wasn't very happy with the quality of advertising photos, looked watermarked, when offers were declined felt quite a negative spin, sales I guess.... Heard nothing since sale, no congratulations except for a review request.
