Tegan listed my house and the next day she showed six people through the property of which one put in an offer 25,000 over the asking, when this deal fell through due to banks refusing finance to the buyer , she did another open home a few days later and got me an extra $ 2500 in a cash sale so needless to say I am very happy having chosen Tegan Rainbird.
