First home buyer - very busy lifestyle and not a very business friendly roster - Tegan went to all lengths to be as accessible as possible with considerations to my roster, no matter the hour, I could text at any time and she’d get back to me with record speed about any questions I had! Provided a thorough video walkthrough, advocated for me and was such an awesome help throughout the entire experience! Friendly, approachable, and professional; got things done in a timely manner no matter the situation - Would recommend Tegan and Harcourts to everyone, they’ve been wonderful to work with and made the first home buyer process an absolute breeze and took so much of the stress out!
