We were shown through prior to house being listed as Telly thought it might suit us. Appreciated allowing us through after hours. Price negotiated and contracts signed that night. Telly was good at responding to communication and as the sale needed finalising quickly for the sellers he followed up daily. We were the buyers of the property, so we didn't have a lot of interaction after contract was finalised. Property is unconditional and we settle late September.
