Look selling a property ( in my case a home lived only 3 generations) is a very big life decision. You do the right thing and get 3 quotes weigh the pros and cons on paper. My advice is go with Temika… the promise of what is the right process for the current market, the I am all over the details and I will keep you over informed plus when it gets wobbly, as it can, I have it covered ( you don’t know the work I am doing in the background with buyers), as I want to find the perfect match.
