I requested Teng to sell my apartment and communicate with tenant for first option to offer and then gain access for sale including open presentation if tenant declined offer. I also set deadline of contract exchange by Xmas with settlement 35 days later. Teng delivered on this request and achieved a price structure that was acceptable to both parties. No auction was involved just plain open house and regular follow up saving related costs.
