Having looked for a property around Bellingen for a number of months it quickly became apparent that we would prefer to purchase a property on the books with Cardow & partners. The properties they had always had accurate descriptions, were generally fairly priced vs the market and when being shown the properties, absolute clarity was given in terms of full knowledge of the property (boundaries, services, renovations, etc). They also had good coverage of the area, and were obviously trusted by the local vendors. Living out of the area, this always ensured our time wasn't wasted when viewing a shortlist. They were also exceptionally accommodating in planning our viewings efficiently. Communications with Tennille were proactive, helpful and clear. I wouldn't hesitate in utilising her skills when buying or selling a property, and genuinely felt that she achieved a smooth and fair buying/selling process for both us and the vendor. I also appreciate that we know at least one friendly face before we move into this great community. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tennille and Cardow. I have to also note that during our time looking in bellingen we saw many other buyers fall in to traps of paying hugely inflated prices for properties with one not such reputable agents - buyers, take your time to get to know the market and the agents. It will pay off in the end.
