Contacted Tennille regarding selling our property. She sat with us and listened to what we wanted. Designed a plan of attack for marketing of the property. Tennille is a very easy person to talk to and has very good knowledge of the area. She stayed in touch with us, giving us positive feed back. Eight days later the property was under contract. She attended late in the afternoon with purchasers, who made an offer and after a discussion went to them with a counter offer. Within 15 minutes she had sealed the deal. She has continued to contact us, making sure everything went smoothly with solicitors and building inspection. We highly recommend Tennille with her drive, work ethic and friendliness. A pity we could not have had her as our agent in Victoria.
