Teresa was very professional from us making the offer to the handover of the keys. She knew the answers to the questions we had about the property.

Teresa is a nice enough person but as an ex licensed Real Estate Agent, I would say she is not professional. I understand buyer beware, but she did not disclose at the viewing or when I was making an offer, that there were serious strata issues i.e. that all the backyards and fencing to the villas are technically "common land". That to me definately affects the value of a property and means you have to run EVERYTHING past the Strata Company. I would without doubt have disclosed that and I believe most agents ethically would do the same. I also felt the circumstances writing the offer was rushed and not professional, as she had another buyer set up knocking on door as rushed thru the offer.
