Teresa Berger was recommended to me by a Gold Coast resident who is very familiar with the local property market. They described her as “dynamic”. I’m pleased I took their advice and enlisted Teresa to sell my investment property in Sorrento. It was a tired old tenanted home and proved a little tricky to sell. Teresa was very professional, personable, communicative, contactable, patient, practical and reasonable throughout the process. I felt I could trust and rely on her. I am pleased to provide this review in relation to the team at the Professionals Bundall and in particular our sales agent, Teresa Berger. As we live in Canberra, our communication was limited to Telephone and Emails. Nevertheless, Teresa kept us fully informed in relation to progress for the sale of the house and was most helpful in relation to preparing the house for sale, as this is something we could not do ourselves living so far away, and for which we were most thankful. We did finally have the pleasure of meeting up with Teresa when we travelled up to Queensland at about the time of final settlement. We were very pleased with her professionalism, the advice that she provided and in all matters concerning the sale of the property.

Teresa had a professional, but caring approach to the sale of our parents home. She provided us with details on how the market in the area was faring and suggested options for making changes in the existing home to promote a sale. To Teresa's credit she sold it on the first "open house". A buyer approached her with an offer and she rang to tell us. It was too good an offer to refuse. Teresa kept us up to date all through the procedure from suggesting changes to be made to the home and marketing tragedies to acquire a sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Teresa to market and sell your property.
