Teresa did a market appraisal which was sensible and reasonable. It was an honest appraisal. The house as sold at the high end of the appraisal which we were happy with. Teresa was always open and transparent in our dealings. Her support staff and specialist contractors were also very helpful and friendly.

Save yourself some stress and just choose Teresa and her team. Seriously. She won't over-inflate the price to you to get the listing and then lowball it to buyers, then push for price reduction. They won't trot out the same trite marketing lines in your ad, etc. They WILL be straight about where your property sits in the market. They WILL do the thinking to truly identify your potential high-interest buyers and then write your advertising accordingly and be creative in where they put the ads/brochures (vs the typical "get enough through the door and someone will want it" approach). They WILL communicate (proactively) with you AND the buyers - including after exchange, so everyone is taken care of. And that positivity? it's natural. You'll get that from start to finish. Having bought and sold numerous times, in various locations, Teresa (& team) stand out. You won't be disappointed.
