Teresa was extremely closely involved in the sale of my house, and put a great deal of effort into making sure that we extracted as much value as possible. She was always honest and up front with us, and did not leave a stone unturned when making sure that our pre-auction offer would not be beat by anybody else - she literally called every person who had been through the house right at the end of the campaign, even after it was clear there were only 2-3 interested parties!
