I was impressed with my dealings with Teresa Young in the process of selling a house and later on the selling of land. Teresa kept me up to date with information and communication was made when necessary. I have have no hesitation in recommending Teresa .

Teresa Young was very friendly and was excellent to communicate with and was very professional while we were selling Mums house at 61 Gordon Street, Orbost.

From the first meeting Teresa was on the ball, she did her research and came in with a plan to sell my property. Teresa was thorough with all the steps so she could get the price i was wanting and she did get that price and in a really quick time frame. Teresa was very good with the buyers as well got all the information that was asked for in a timely manner. Teresa made the process smooth and stressless and gave me a great deal of confidence and even went above and beyond helping me with my dealings with my conveyancers. I would go with teresa again and would hesitate in recommending her to sell anyones property

We threw in a few 'surprises' for Teresa on 2 occasions (changing appointments last minute etc) yet she remained calm, compassionate, empathetic and patient. She was so easy to deal with. If I had to sum up one word to describe this agent, was 'RELAXED'. Relaxed and kind.

Teresa has been incredible in explaining the sale of our parents home. Reliable and knowledgeable

Teresa is a highly professional agent who keeps the vendors interest at heart. We found Teresa to be very approachable and with a strong work ethic. Teresa made herself available 7 days a week which ensured we had a timely sale. We cannot recommend Teresa highly enough.

No problems dealing with Teresa, wasn’t many buyers at the time but all went smoothly when the time came. Recommended

very good agent prompt always letting you know in the progress of your sale of the property

Teresa is an excellent agent that went above and beyond to make the sale of my property as simple as possible. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to buy or sell, she is a real asset to Coast to Country real estate.

We are so impressed with Teresa Young she is so professional & easy to communicate with she is always available to contact her & regularly let us know feedback from buyers. The advertising photos & write up of our house was excellent

We found Teresa was familiar with the local rural area and had a realistic view of prices in the area. We sold the house for over $150,000 more than we had been advised by another agent! Teresa was low key and very easy to deal with and did a fantastic job of presenting the property online, with fabulous photos, description and advice to us. The house sold much quicker than anticipated and everything occurred with a minimum of fuss. I have no reservations in recommending Teresa as a highly experienced and competent person to deal with when buying or selling a house. Thanks so much Teresa we are deeply appreciative.

Teresa made our experience so very pleasant, stress free the way it should be. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone selling
