A very positive house sale experience

We found Teresa was familiar with the local rural area and had a realistic view of prices in the area. We sold the house for over $150,000 more than we had been advised by another agent! Teresa was low key and very easy to deal with and did a fantastic job of presenting the property online, with fabulous photos, description and advice to us. The house sold much quicker than anticipated and everything occurred with a minimum of fuss.
