Throughout the many times we met with Terese over the selling of our house, we found her to be accommodating, astute, an excellent listener and appropriately pro-active in helping us come to make many decisions along the journey of selling our house. initially, she guided us through the various sale options and helped us eventually make the right decision to conduct an open inspection, which proved to be most successful, and very professionally handled, as we ended up with a signed contract after the first open inspection. Even throughout the longer than expected delays, due to the Christmas and New Year breaks, she was able to keep all parties engaged and focused, until the sale became unconditional in late January. Since then, she has continued to be in touch, and continued to look after our interests as she has done throughout the entire sale process. We have no hesitation in recommending her very highly for selling your house, or should she at some stage choose another career, we have every confidence in her that she will rise up to all the challenges and be very successful and a great ambassador of those she represents.
Terese was fantastic to us. If you are after a genuine agent who works tirelessly to help you then she is the one. I will recommend her to everyone.

Terese is a lovely person. This is our first home we bought and Terese really made the process so much easier for us. The reason I had not written earlier is because I waited till the property settled. As a very busy self-employed person I had no time to be mucked around . Having had some communication with Terese prior engaging her and appreciated her vib, she was engaged. She took full control of the sale, to the point that she organized trades people. Again, I had no time and was willing to pay the little extra to have her manage it, which she did. She would ring within minutes of the conclusion to 'open for inspection'. (this was a rental) giving me the full details of almost everyone that had entered and their likelihood of being 'the purchaser.' she ensured that the house was ready for final inspection the day prior settlement. She gave a sale price bracket at commencement and the property was sold within that bracket, but at the lower end of the bracket, maybe I expected too much, not sure, time will tell. Cheers Terese.
