The Lady Communicates.

The reason I had not written earlier is because I waited till the property settled. As a very busy self-employed person I had no time to be mucked around . Having had some communication with Terese prior engaging her and appreciated her vib, she was engaged. She took full control of the sale, to the point that she organized trades people. Again, I had no time and was willing to pay the little extra to have her manage it, which she did. She would ring within minutes of the conclusion to 'open for inspection'. (this was a rental) giving me the full details of almost everyone that had entered and their likelihood of being 'the purchaser.' she ensured that the house was ready for final inspection the day prior settlement. She gave a sale price bracket at commencement and the property was sold within that bracket, but at the lower end of the bracket, maybe I expected too much, not sure, time will tell. Cheers Terese.
