Very easy to deal with ! And great communication used through the whole process.

We had high hopes when we chose Teri to sell our house. She informed us that there were multiple people interested but one day she would say they were putting in an offer for the asking price and the next day she would say they were putting in an offer for 10,000 , the names and offers kept changing. She then said to take the first offer and leave the others in case the first one falls through and she would not negotiate to get the price up.

From the moment we had Teri over to appraise our property we could not have been more confident she could get the deal done for us. We already had a subject to sale offer accepted on another property so we needed a quick sale and Teri could not have done it any quicker while still making sure we maximized our sale price. We were on the market officially for about 5 days before we had an offer which met our asking price! Selling a property from interstate is always going to be a difficult proposition but Teri had it all under control, from having a realistic idea of what the property would bring in a reasonable timeframe, to having clients she knew would be interested. She boasted about her quick turnover rate but lived up to the bragging!! We had a signature within 8 days of the first Open Home.
