We did the normal - consulted 3 agents before listing our property. Teri gave lots of helpful info and came across as the type of person we could trust. Everything proceeded very smoothly from our point of view, and we appreciated her advice during the negotiating process. No doubt behind the scenes Teri was working hard negotiating with the buyer. We used RateMyAgent to select the three agents to consult at the beginning. The big plus with Teri and Move On was the capped commission at $12,000 which resulted in a significant saving to us. Highly recommend using Teri at Move On!!
Selling a home that's part of an estate can be fraught with all sorts of emotions and family issues. The sale of my parents home fell into that category. Right from the start Teri was fantastic - this was from winning the listing right through to settlement and beyond. She was always very professional, provided very good feedback from buyers and open homes, was sensitive to the difficulties within the family regarding the sale and dealt with them wonderfully. The internet listing was very well written and presented, as was the advertising. And the way she managed our buyer was of such a high standard. Yes, I would use Teri for my own property and would recommended her to any owner looking for a good agent - and have done so many times now. Job well done!
