Teri’s knowledge of the area and of the market at the time was what helped me achieve a higher price then I had expected. Teri kept me up to date with market movement and any interest she had in the property. I actually think she went above and beyond to help purchasers arrange an inspection during a pandemic. I believe she was also considerate and understanding of the tenant to ensure he was not inconvenienced too much and had somewhere to move to. Thank you Teri.
