I don't think you could meet a person more passionate about real estate than Terri. She has great ideas and little touches that she does to create interest in your property and goes that extra step. We were first time sellers and after doing our own research and having numerous agents out, we signed up with Terri on the spot. She told us we were ready to go and booked the night photos in straight away. Everything was go go go. Terri let us know every movement along the way and was always available to answer our questions. One morning of an inspection upon opening the curtains we found the flags and boards alread out the front, it was 615am. Now thats sheer dedication. Terri and Ivana worked hard for our final result and boy were we ecstatic with that.

After having done our research and meeting with several agents, we found that Terri's confidence and understanding of the market exceed that of her local peers. Her reassurance to us that we would be looked after and were in good hands was certainly not unfounded. This was our first sale experience and we wanted a no fluff, straight down the line opinion of where we stood in the market and what kind of price we could realistically expect. We were a little dubious, reading previous reviews about Terri's capabilities, did she get her friends to write them ? Aren't all agents just sales people ? Surely NO agent is that good ? How wrong we were ! Touring Australia, decided it was time to sell in Victoria. How on earth were we going to achieve this, being so far away ? We have sold properties before, what a hassle, and we were LIVING there. However, we put our trust in her, thank goodness. Her confidence reassured us, stating all the relevant info /costs we needed, prior to signing up, when where and how, & "I'll have it sold within 2 weeks" (yeah right !) Well the property went on line 5pm Friday, Saturday was our open, and at 5pm, Terri rang to say she had achieved many thousands over our highest asking price. Naturally the previous couple of weeks were hectic, Terri guided us through it all, explaining every step, suggesting ways to achieve better results, answering our never ending questions promptly, never keeping us waiting for replies. The only stress , was the outage of my internet provider, I reckon Terri would have had even THAT sorted a lot faster than me If you are considering an agent to trust with selling your largest asset, chose Terri, very confident, promises kept, definitely the hardest working agent (check out her working hours).
