After Terri sold my house, I needed to find another place pretty quickly. I kept getting knocked back for houses. She told me to come look at this house during the week, I did and I loved it. Put a offer in and a day later Terri called to say I got it. She's very good at what she does and does what's best for her clients.
Terri guided us through the process perfectly and answered any questions and queries we had! Buying our first house, Terri couldn't have made it any easier for us, and it was an enjoyable experience! Buying a house is not stressful when she looks after everything for you. We always knew we were in good hands and her advice was always appreciated! Her sidekick Jack is a guy to be proud of. Ours was a complicated sale, initially we needed speed to purchase a different property which then sold. It was the worst time of year to sell in our area- we could have solved the drought 10yrs ago just by going on the market as every time we got close to an open, it poured. And poured. And poured. Despite that, Terri and Jack still got people through the door. Our last open in particular was in absolutely shocking weather- Jack still turned up and so did potential buyers. In the end the never ending rain and 'backyard-lawn pool' that resulted put a lot of people off and we just weren't attracting the prices we wanted. This resulted in a lot of tention, but Terri and Jack remained professional even whilst being the bearers of bad news. Terri and her team kept in contact with a set of buyers who had initially been interested at the beginning, but not anywhere near the right price, and through many intense phone calls, managed to get them to an offer that was acceptable. Most reviews are glowy and filled with praise about achieving above and beyond set goals. Our story isn't like that, but I think thats all the more reason to choose this team. We had the odds stacked against us, stress upon stress and some bad news. However, the team stuck together throughout and still got us over the line in the end. After the contract was signed was when Terri and team in particular showed that they weren't just after the sale- they fielded many a call from us asking advice in regards to a new property we wanted to purchase. They listened, gave direct and honest advice and settled nerves, helping us get across that line too. On facebook I read review after review of different agents which seems too good to be true. Well this one is real and shows the nitty gritty, that this team is with you through thick and thin. Life is uncertain and real estate is not always an easy, or pleasant experience. Hire someone who can handle that.

Terri was great from the first moment she walked into the house. At this stage we hadn't chosen an agent and ended up having 4 appraisals. Terri was the only one who walked through the house, asking what was going and staying in terms of fixtures and gave advice in every room of ideas to market the property right. She had referrals for all services we required, including carpets and cleaners. The photographer from Property Snaps done a great job on the evening photos, which was worth the extra cost, including super imposing a garden into the garden bed that I couldn't finish in time for photos. The whole process moved quick, yet felt comfortable, booking in photos within 3 days of signing up to Barry Plant, listed online the day after and having 30 groups through for the first open for inspection on the Saturday , 2 days after listing the property. First offer came from that open, with 2 further offers the Saturday after, of which both were more than our minimum target price we were hoping for. 9 days on the market was all it took. Even after selling, Terri continued to help us to secure a rental property by being a reference for us and with the rental market the way it is, we were accepted on our first application. Terri, her assistant Jack, and the team at Barry Plant have been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone

Terri was the agent that we purchased our new home from. She was fantastic when negotiating price and signing contracts but after that difficult to get hold of if any questions or queries. We usually communicated with her assistant Jack and he was amazing.
