While selling my property, I found Terri to be very precise and clear in her approach. Quite often speaking to agents you are bombarded with jargon and hundred of different scenarios that may or may not happen but Terri cut through all that and provided me the information I needed to make the key decisions. When we first met Terri, she was the first of a couple of agents we spoke to that day and she set the bar high. Terri was personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared for the property inspection and price discussion, even presenting similar house/land size previous sales history in a booklet.
