I had heard a lot of positive feedback from people in the local area about Terri. From the initial phone call with Terri i knew straight away she would be the person to sell my home. She was bubbly, enthusiastic, professional and most of all knew exactly what has happening in the local market. She entered my home and gave me all the hints & tips to get us a great result. From my initial meeting with Terri, I found her to be professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Terri inspected the property and gave good advise on what to do to achieve the best price possible. As this was a deceased estate, wisdom and patience were needed while waiting for probate. Terri was understanding and respectful, staying in regular contact without being intrusive. I found her easy to communicate with. She showed compassion and was readily available for my numerous queries. Terri had interested buyers prior to the house going on the market - she held one open for inspection and three private inspections. This resulted in an excellent price being negotiated conjointly with another Harcourts colleague within the week. Unfortunately that sale fell through within a fortnight, due to the purchaser being unable to obtain finance, which was unexpected. Terri always answered my phone calls day or night and for the silliest questions. It was my first time selling a property and she was able to walk me though the process and explain it all. On my initial meeting with Terri, she clearly outlined the local market expectation , Terri had prepared a detailed report on properties which had sold recently in the area, this gave me a very clear picture of how Terri would market the property and the reasons behind the campaign. Terri conducted a full inspection of the property and communicated areas which she believe should be addressed to ensure the best possible price, I accepted Terri’s comments and she arranged for professional trades people to address the issue at competitive prices. Terri conducted 2 open houses and 3 private inspections, all the details were feedback to myself with a full written report on where she believed the property was positioned in the market and constructive feedback from the potential buyers.
