I had heard a lot of positive feedback from people in the local area about Terri. From the initial phone call with Terri i knew straight away she would be the person to sell my home. She was bubbly, enthusiastic, professional and most of all knew exactly what has happening in the local market. She entered my home and gave me all the hints & tips to get us a great result. It took us two weeks to prepare the house for sale with Terri's ideas though was thoroughly worth it. The whole way through the campaign i was informed about everything. She had buyers on her database ready to go, the first day we listed for sale. We sold the home in a few days with an outstanding result.
