After our tenant vacated the property, Terri went out of her way to decorate the house with various pieces of furniture and plants which made our townhouse a "home" at no cost to me. Needless to say it sold in the next 1-2 weeks. During the contract period, the garden was overgrown and with no garden services being overwhelmed with the high demand, Terri and her husband personally mowed our lawns and cleaned the garden.
