Terri has been very professional from the first day we met her. She knows the market well in the sense that she understands what buyers are looking for in the market and the dynamic and growth of the housing market. She attended the first couple of house inspections and emailed us a list of potential buyers' reasons of interest and concerns about the property after each inspection. She called us right after each inspection to brief us on the number of attendees and if any potential buyers stood out from the crowd. She was on holiday during Christmas and New Year. Nonetheless, she still called us to brief us on the inspections while her colleagues attended the open house/appointment only inspections on her behalf. I remembered one morning I received an inspection briefing call from her right after her morning run while she's still on holiday. She is professional, responsible, and responsive.
