From our .first meeting for our property appraisal through to the sale, Terri showed what a true professional she is. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
Terri is a very professional ,knowledgeable agent who knows the current housing market well and provides her client with a very honest opinion on the selling price of the property. She is very thorough and keep you well updated with the sale process and feed back and opinion received from prospective buyers regarding the property. She marketed our property well and the sale price achieved was as per our expectation. She is also a very friendly person to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
We are over the moon with the sale of our property and choosing Terri Godfrey as our agent was an excellent choice and will recommend Terri to all my relatives and friends.
If you need a thoroughly Honest and Professional Real Estate Agent then Terri is the first one you should go too. Sales are for various reasons. Our's was unfortunately a deceased estate. Twelve months prior to the sale I requested Terri for an assessment for a Court matter. She was very professional in her dealings. What stood out for me that in the 12 months before we were able to put the property on the market she did not hassle me with communications about when we were selling. She maintained a genuine concern for myself and my family about our feelings. When we were ready for sale due to my brothers concerns we requested Agents to appraise the property with a view of selling. Terri was a standout. Other Agents came and did their assessments but compared to Terri they were amateurs. Terri showed extreme Professionalism. She produced a complete and comprehensive Portfolio of all costs and sale procedures involved. Once we agreed to Terri as our Agent she was a complete PROFESSIONAL. We were always kept in the communication loop. Following inspections we had a complete roundup of the buyers opinions and concerns. Terri kept regular updates about what was happening with the Property. Terri is not just a lovely lady, but she is a fantastic Professional in her job. I whole heartedly recommend her.
Excellent Customer Service and Product Knowledge. Attention to detail but no high pressure sales. Exceptional service and enjoyable experience. .
Terri helped me successfully sell my property within two weeks of listing, and at a higher than expected value. Terri's communication has been great. The process was smooth with her work. I would highly recommend Terri as the sales agent to go and I would like to return for her help.
I have found myself lucky to have Terri’s help with my property purchase. Due to my working schedule , I couldn’t attend the property’s inspection day and Terri had gone extra miles of service by arranging a private inspection for me as well as coming all the way to my place for signing the contract. She has been assisting and replying very quick to all of my enquires. Thank you, Terri! You have done an amazing job that help me as a first home buyer less stressful in this journey. Sandy
We couldn't be more happier with the service, knowledge, experience, and price that Terri and the team have been able achieve for the sale of our property. We would highly recommend Terri and use her again in the future.
