Terri provided early, clear and concise advice on what improvements were required prior to listing, and assisted greatly in coordinating with and giving trades access when I was absent on business. She supported my position on the limits of improvements / spending, and had strategies in place to manage buyers expectations. Her recommendation on strategy and price were good - we had a large amount of early interest and secured multiple offers after the initial open.
