Although the time from first inspection to contract was very quick, we didn't feel rushed or that we had made an ill-informed decision. Terri was very helpful and made sure that we had the information we asked for or put us in touch with the people that could provide the answers where she couldn't. Terri's after sales service has also been very good which has made this whole process for us very satisfying.
