We bought a property interstate that was subject to the sale of our home in Sydney within 60 days. We have known Terri for many years because she has managed our rental property. She firstly advised us on how to present the property to make it appealing to potential buyers, and helped us with nice touches that really made a difference in presentation. She and Damien then ran a campaign that included emails to their contact list, pre-market inspections and open days. This resulted in a high number of people through the property who then submitted increasingly higher offers until it reached a price that was probably above market price at the time. The property sold within two weeks while others in the suburb were taking much longer to sell. This enabled us to purchase a fabulous property interstate. We would recommend Terri and Damien to sell your property, and in fact have recently worked with them to sell another property. But that is the subject of another review.
